    Aw. He left off "phony scandal". Or maybe it's there and we can't see it. It's sort of the Jedi Mind Trick of excuses, "this is not the scandal you're looking for".

      Yeah...I think phony scandal should replace blame a subordinate. Lately NO ONE is blamed and no one is EVER fired.
